About NoToPorn

NoToPorn (formerly “Walk In Integrity” and “Defeat Lust”) is motivated by a love for human flourishing. We know the damage that a lack of integrity can cause to hearts, minds, relationships, careers, families, and communities. I believe that knowledge is power. The purpose of this site is to educate, inspire, and equip people to make healthy, informed choices about the moral direction of their lives.

Healing is about becoming a particular kind of person. The path to freedom may entail struggle given our flaws as people and the problem-ridden world we live in. However, the goal is to get to a place where we do (and desire) the right thing effortlessly, as a natural expression of who we are.

The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil.

Luke 6:45

Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become. No single instance will transform your beliefs, but as the votes build up, so does the evidence of your new identity.

The site’s first tagline read “Vincit qui se vincit,” which is Latin for “He conquers who conquers himself,” or “She conquers who conquers herself.” Many people seek power over others. However, to my mind, the greatest glory comes from self-mastery. Self-mastery is a lifelong process, and we all begin our journey in different places. However, with the right guidance and discipline, I know that we can all achieve great progress.

Issues of integrity entangle people from all walks of life. My background is Christian, so you will find a lot of Christian resources on this site. You will also find resources on this site that were not created for or by Christians that anyone can benefit from.

[The Lord] is a shield to those who walk in integrity.

Proverbs 2:7

Until you become the kind of person who does not need pornography, you will never be free from it.
