Inside, I felt the impulse to check my phone throughout the day. Outside, I did not feel the impulse to check my phone at all. Human beings have a natural need for stimulation. The question is are we getting it from healthy sources, like the right people, nature, hobbies, and God—or from unhealthy sources, like pornography, social media, and gossip.
